Diabetes is resulting from the destruction of insulin producing islet cells of the pancreas. in the United States, about 200,000 per year. Diabetes is always accompanied with many complications, such as blindness, kidney failure, heart disease, stroke, neuropathy, and amputations. Therefore stem cells therapy is a good choice or a great hope for them.

Ideally, stem cells should be able to multiply in culture and reproduce themselves exactly. That is, the cells should be self-renewing. Stem cells should

as well be able to differentiate in vivo to produce the specialized cells.

After taking stem cells transplantation, stem cells will repair some islets cells and the damaged cells

in your system. Stem cells will replace the islet cells and secrete insulin. It will nourish B cells and make it produce insulin smoothly. It can change the condition of insulin resistance,too. Stem cells therapy treats the symptoms and complications, and also controls its further progression.
